Sore Vagina With Red Fleshy Discharge. History Of Missed Birth Control Pill And Having Unprotected Sex. Any Ideas?

I am on the alesse birth control and have been taking them for about a month now my bf and I have unprotected sex .....I missed up by missing a day of my pill but took them booth at the same time. I then starred to notice a red fleshy discharge when I wiped didn't smell nothing it's been going on for a week now and it's gotten lighter and my vagina is sore

Hi and welcome to HCM,thank you for your query.
It may indicate several causes and you should rule out STD first. So do std testing. Also,it can be caused by estrogen pills because some women react on pills with painful and irritable vaginal wall. You should switch to another pills if I am right.But as I said,do std testing first.
