Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

Soreness of the vagina, burning sensation while passing urine and bleeding could be indicative of a genital tract infection. Since you mention that your partner also had swelling and lesions on the penis, it is quite possible that this could be a sexually transmitted infection.

I would advise you to see a doctor for a physical examination, and further investigations, so that appropriate treatment can be initiated. You may need a course of antibiotics depending on the type of infection. It is important that your partner also gets tested and treated appropriately.

Wish you all the best.

Regards,
