Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic Forum,
After reading your history , i consider of a viral infection which presented with sore throat. A viral infection is known to reduce the local immunity leading the mucosa vulnerable to bacterial infection, which is what i consider the cause of the bumps you having now.
Tips to follow,
Gargle with warm salt water which will help in relief.
Avoid spicy and cold food items.
Visit Healthcaremagic for health.
Take care, Bye
