Sore Throat When Swallowing, White Coating On Tongue. Help

Hello my name is Haylee I am 12 years old I have been sick for a few weeks/days and i got over a sore throat whenever i swallow but it went away and theirs something wrong with my tongue and mouth in the morning,whenever I wake up I have slimy white stuff on my tongue! I brush it off on the morning and it doesnt come off. It is really white and gooey and whenever i drink orange juice or soda . It will turn that color of the drink. This is really gross and annoying please help I cannot pay!

HI I have gone through your mail and after analysing your complaints I came to know that you are having tonsilopharyngitis (infection of tonsil and pharynx) due to this you may having dyspepsia,you are worried about white slough on your tonsil and tongue,now you are advice to go for these basic investigations like-(1) Throat swab for culture & sensitivity,(2) X-Ray chest in PA view,(3) Blood -CBC,ESR blood sugar ,SGPT. beside this you should consult your E.N.T.doctor for physical examination of your throat,after co-relation of physical findings with inferences of investigations one can made diagnosis,than only treatment may be planed.Thanks.
