Sore Throat, Throat Pain And Difficulty In Chewing. Infection? Need Medication

Hello Doctor I am suffering from pain in throat and sore throat for last couple of days ..pain becomes adverse during evening and night time sometimes . its really felt while trying to chew something inside mouth ...Seems like some infection or injury deeper inside the throat which is also taking pain sometimes to be felt in right ear . can u pls advice a medicine

Hi Yadav,
Are you having fever or cough along with throat pain?
You are having some infection causing sore throat. Please get a throat swab culture to know about the infection along with your Complete Blood Count.
Do warm saline gargles. It will help in reducing the inflamation.
You can take antihistaminic along with antibiotic after getiing yourself examined by an ENT specialist.
Avoid cold and spicy food.
