You do have a bad bacterial infection, which has to be addressed with antibiotics. The pressure is actually a heaviness of head seen with Sinusitis. There is also pharyngitis or tonsillitis or both.Take Moxclav625 twice daily for a week with cetrizine at night. You need antiinflammatory drugs like Brufen 400 three times daily for 2 -3 days and nasal drops,Nasivion ,2drops each side twice daily ,followed 5 mins later by steam inhalation. This should help you fully. For clearing nose of thick snot, you may instil Salina nasal drops,5-6 drops frequently and squishing the nose to mix up both.
