Sore Throat, Pain Inside Neck, Bruising On Temples. Treatment For Symptoms?

so yesterday i got a sore throat , i went to sleep and woke up today my sore throat hurts ive never felt this pain in a sore throat befor its like my whole neck inside that hurts and nothing is working to make it stop. i also woke up with my heads soft and it hurts and my temples are bruised what is happening to me? and im 13

in all possibility you may have a case of acute tonsillopharyngitis or in simple terms, an infection of the upper respiratory tract. you need to see either your GP or more preferably your ENT specialist so that he can prescribe the relevant medications or treatment strategy.
