Sore Throat On One Side While Swallowing, Is Consistent. Symptom Of Cancer?

Hi, I ve had a sore throat on my right side only when I swallow . Sometimes the area of soreness seems to change places. It used to only occur when I was belching/indigestion but for the past 2 weeks it seems daily. Could this indicate some type of cancer? I have no other physical symptoms.
