Sore Throat, Hot Flashes, Sudden Pains, Loss Of Apetite. What Could This Be?

I am experiencing a sore throat (mostly on the right side of my throat), feelings of hot then cold , achy muscles that all of a sudden ache then disappear, and I have no appetite . Any clue what might be wrong? I m due to be at work in an hour and a half and am not sure if it will be ok for me to serve food to customers, plus I m feeling horrible.

I think it s just a viral infection which has caught hold of you. it s better to rest and take some paracetamol or so...take an off from work for a couple of days...
