Hello Dr, approx 10 days sore throat, low grade fever , pain left lung , left rib & spleen area! Rash in left trunk! Left leg rash w/ fever on site! Stomach pain on day 8 all over not just the generalized area of left! Constant wave pain stabbing! The worse migraine had in my life day 10! Extreme tiredness, feeling of fullness in stomach no appetite voiding okay but very warn urine! Now suddenly itchy all over with rash day 10! Sudden Nasua! Pain scale 8! History! Gallstones gallbladder removed! Kidney stones in past! 3 set ear tube as child, rheumatoid arthritis, Rematic fever age 6! Tonsilectomy & MRSA of throat & bone in 2003! C-dip, uterine cancer had it removed & one ovary! Had tuba ligation! Had acdf fushion c-6 & 7 in feb 2013! With complications had andectomy also packed my bone along with cadaver bones rods etc had to stay 5 days! Got post op bacterial pneumonia in match & had steroid complication did hospital stay from match until April! Out until may 6 then did 12 days for food poisoning! May 31 in hospital for pneumonia again! June in hospital virus never found out what or cause! July hospital for intractable vomiting! Did 5 days! Found left lung nodgle! 10 Mm in size! Aug had blood draw all was well but high white blood count & positive for sestemic lupus! Now sept 17 2013 woke up with severe sore throat left lung sharp pain trouble breathing & shingles was rules out! After was given aclavir, however was itchy Sept 14 to 17? Took that on 14 to 22! 400 mg then one 200 mg on sept 22 to 24 then stop! Currently on lidoderm patch, diazapam one at night for left side perm nerve damage to calm nerve! Achipex for ulcer, & Imitrex PRN migraine 100 mg! Have chronic migraine disease! Fybromyalgia until lupus diagnoses last week! Spinal & ruematorty arthritis, ulcer,allergies comp penn amox & avelox! Get trigger points at pain mgt & epidurals, but not at moment still post op from Asdf fushion surgery! & I feel as if I m fighting infection but body won t allow me too feel as if I m poisoned feeling I m not but just how I feel very weak pale blue skin sunburn feeling heat in my leg vision problems loss appetite very tired extreme sore throat loss of use to left hand onset 26, heart rate fast blood pressure low to normal hydrated not dry do u feel this is staph, meningitis, or shingles? Both all or none? I m 38 female! Thx L from New York not taken Ibp since surgery in feb & took 500 mg Tylenol last at 714 pm sept 26! Thx
