ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
white spots on tonsil could be follicullar tonsillitis
The most common cause for Follicular tonsillitis is staphylococcus or streptococcus
You would require Amoxicillin and clavulinic acid combination antibiotic .
yOu need to consult your doctor to get the proper dosage as you have not written your age and if you have any other disease for which you are taking treatment.
In addition you would require decongestants and gargles .
get well soon
