ENT Specialist 's  Response
The dust/particulate matter in a hurricane can cause congestion in nose, throat and chest. You can take lots of steam, hot fluid sips and bronchodilators. If fever persists, please go to a physician who can examine your throat and also get a chest X-ray done. If fever is increasing with spikes, please go to the ER for immediate attention.
