Sore throat after sneezing. Cracking sound when tipping head backwards. Hoarse voice

Hi, I sneezed and the right side of my throat became sore (I had a cough prior to this, not a bad one). I then was drinking from a can and when I tipped my head back and my throat made a cracking sound. The pain appears to have moved into the centre of my throat. My voice sounds a little more hoarse but not extensively
