Sore Spot On The Calf, Have Dent On The Area A Day Later, Hurts On Applying Pressures, No Instance Of Injury. What Could It Be?
last night i noticed a sore spot on my calf ...lower calf, as if my sock was too tight, but it really wasn t, there was no bruise ...it felt like it was inside my leg...it was there yet today...i felt it pressed on it...just now when i looked at the area it is dented...around 2 inches long...this is scaring me immensely It does not hurt to walk on it...it only hurt when pressure applied..it still feels bruised, but there is no bruise and i have no recollection of banging it.

its a bit difficult to comment on the issue without examination but the kind of symptoms you are giving it may be morphea, the condition in which the tissue underneath the skin hardens, it may become tender as well...or a simple diagnosis would be a subtle infection of the skin tissues,subtle cellulitis...i recommend you to get yourself examined as early as possible...till then you can apply plain antibiotic cream twice daily and hot water fomentation...dont worry
