Sore Shoulder And Neck, Pain Under Breast. Taking Advil, Not Helping. Advice?

Hi, I'm a 38 year old female. Couple of days ago a severe soreness started on my left shoulder and neck. Took some Advil and vent to work. Yesterday it started to hurt under my left breast. The pain is pretty bed right now. With every breath I take it feels like my breast is getting ript out of my chest. Taking Advil does not help at all. Please advise. Thank you. CK
