Sore Scratchy Throat, Burning Pain, Coughing Mucus, Blocking Feeling In Chest. Cure For Symptoms?

Hi,
I came home with a sore scratchy throat last night and woke up in the middle of the night with it burning in pain when I even swallowed, today it's not as painful but I cough up brown mucus with a running nose and feel really weak and my skin feels sensitive, there is definitely a little pain/blockage feeling in my upper chest .

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
You are suffering from upper respiratory tract infection. I suggest you take painkillers for the pain with Benadryl cough syrup two tsp thrice daily. Cap Amox 500 mg twice daily for 5 days will suffice. Drink warm water. Steam inhalation will help relieve the congestion. Thanks.
