Sore Raised Lesion On The Right Of The Glans. Is This Due To Masturbation?

Hello,
I have a little discomfort on the right side of my glans...I'm not able to visualize the lesion because my foreskin is not getting retracted that far! As far as I can feel....its a small raised lesion...slightly painful only on pressure! I have never indulged in any sexual activity other than masturbation! I'm worried about the lesion can you please help me

Bump on the penis can have several causes. Many penis lumps are harmless,non symptomatic and need no treatment.
It might be due to bad hygiene.
Just take proper local care.Wash that are with warm water,try to retract your foreskin while pouring warm water.
Otherwise it might be due to bacterial/fungal infection,hair root infection,genital wart/viral infection.
Apply local antibiotic cream to prevent infection and promote healing under guidance of your doctor.
Avoid tight under garment,avoid unprotected sex.
Go for investigations like cbc,urine,fbs,ppbs,std profile,hsv test to confirm any underlying condition.
Otherwise get examined by doctor to confirm the proper diagnosis and medical management.
