Sore On Vagina, Infected, Have Genital Herpes, Rashes, Infection. Had Bikini Wax. On Valacyclovir. What Is Wrong?

Hi Doctor, my name is Nece and today i was doing a Brazilian bikini wax and for some reason a decide to look under with a mirror to see if i had some wax left or hair and i could see inside my vagina and i see a sore like infected spot the size of a garden pee. I do have Genital Herpes and i being treated with valacyclovir 500 i usually don't have break outs inside usually is in the back on my tell bone in a form of a rash i never see this before i had i little of discharge a couple weeks ago and never though id look it did smell a little but i am a very clean person and i though it could be just because we had sex and everything was fine ,I do have a partner and we are sexually active .Today i am very stressed and can't wait til tomorrow to see a gyno .Could it be herpes spread inside? It is brow like a little infection and does not hurt , don't have fever i am freaking out right now .please help.thanks Nece

However, there is no point in freaking out, as without looking at it the diagnosis cannot be confirmed.
You have described a sore, and it is painless, so it could be a herpetic cold sore.
