Sore Nipples, In Menopause, Loose Bowel Movements. Taking Menopause Formula. Reason?
both my nipples are sore...no other issues just sore...Im in menopause so no longer have periods, but do sometimes still have monthly symptons such as irritable, loose bowel movement,ect... I do not take any hormone meds other then a one-a-day Menopause formula .....could this be just a monthly symptom? been sore for about 3 days now..
