Sore Knee Joints, Headache, Sweaty And Clammy, Skin Hurts To Touch. What Could Be This?

Yesterday went to bed with sore knee joints and headache, sweaty and clammy but cold shivering and goosebumps. Today my skin hurts to touch and the pain has travelled to my lower back, hips, shoulder and elbow only have mild temp of 38.1 taken under tongue, drinking fluids but am not hungry. Should I go to doctor tomorrow or wait out next few days to get over it.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The mild pain in the joints that you are having is likely to be due top a generalized viral infection. This is most likely to subside in a week with adequate rest, oral fluids and mild pain killers.
