Sore, itchy vulva, loss of sleep. Itchiness gets relieved while bathing. Permanent cure?

I have a very sore itchy vulva just in one spot in the crease in the middle. It s very humid here and I do get prickly heat on my back in humidity so I m wondering if it is that. It started to itch 2 weeks ago after the beach and has been getting worse. It s now at the stage where I can t sleep and only get relief while sitting in the bath or laying on the bed with no underwear and legs apart.

Thanks for the query.
You seem to have fungal infection at the creases. Its due to humid weather. Try to keep as dry as possible.
You will get permanent relief on applying antifungal cream.
Consult your doctor if your symptoms dont get releived.
