Sore Head, Ears, Feeling Hot, Runny Nose, Body Ache, Chest Tightness. How To Get Relief?

I have a very sore head, I feel very hot, I have a sore and runny nose . Very sore ears, body/back aches, feels like I can t breath, chest feels tight, nose is sore, bad cough , blocked/runny nose, not been able to sleep. I was up at 5am today coughing like mad and very sweaty. I just want to feel better. How can you help me?

We understand your concerns

The problem seems to be of a typical flu. The presented symptoms are accompanying symptoms of flu in the start of the flu.
At today's atmosphere it is better to consult a general physician if you have flu symptoms and fever. He will advice you on further treatment. No self medication please.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having acute viral infection.
Take some decongestant with analgesic tablet like Diominic DCA, which will give you relief from headache, body ache and running nose.
Take some cough suppressant syrup as well.
avoid cold drinks, junk food.
Ok and take care.
