General & Family Physician, Dr. Praveen's Response
Eosinophils are cells present in the bloodstream which can consume foreign substances — particularly substances related to infection with a parasite, during nature allergic responses, neoplasms, connective tissue disorders, medications etc.Erythrocytes (red blood cells) are normally absent in urine.Increased Ig E is suggestive of allergy.Since the cause for the allergy needs to be evaluated I suggest to consult a physician and take his advice.Hope this helps.Take care.
