Sore, Bleeding Nose And Stiff Jaws After Sustaining A Facial Injury. Is This A Cause For Concern?

I fell into the soap dish in my shower a week ago. The right side of my face is still a little bruised, but most of the swelling has gone down. My eye is still a bit bruised and the bleeding in my eye is going down. I am concerned with my nose still being sore and spitting up blood (fresh and clotted). Also, my jaw is still a little stiff and it is hard to chew, because the front right side of my maxillary bone is sore and the teeth are numb.
