Sore Arms After Exercise. Swollen Arm. What To Do?

hello last week i worked out my triceps and biceps , after the workout my arms were extremely sore for 3 days to the point where it hurt to try to raise them above my head, after 3 days i went back to gym and the day after i noticed that my left tricep was larger than my right and my left arm feels and looks bigger and almost feels swollen , i was just wondering what i should do?

The pain in the muscles after the exercise can be due to an excessive strain on the muscles without adequate warming up. Rest, hot fomentation, pain killers and muscle relaxants will help in relieving the pain.
