Sore Anus, Lump Near Anal Opening, Bleeding, Painful. Taken Ibuprofen And Anusol. Will It Burst?

Hi,
34yo male,slim,fit,no health issues.
I recently woke up with a really sore anus after a big night out. Found it hard to get up and sit down with the pain.
Noticed a small lump had appeared right on the anal opening.4 days later I have some constant bleeding and noticed the lump is now like the size of the marble, dar, red, purple in colour. Have been using ibuprofen and anusol.
Pain is not as bad as previous days. Is the bleeding a sign of it about to burst or will it get bigger? It's really draining and depressing. :-(

Thanks for using Health care magic. You appear to have developed a perianal abscess /fistula .You need to be examined by your doctor/Surgeon.Imaging studies like a CT scan will help identify the exact site and length of the fistula and abscess. The treatment would be surgical, conservative therapy does not give good results.
