Welcome to HCM.
Your wife's pregnancy profile according to USG report is well enough and within normal parameter.
Next scan to be done on 12-14 wks for NT & NB.
Take medicine like FOLIC ACID,VITAMIN & CALCIUM supplements along with protein rich diet for better organogenesis at least first 3-4 months.
Avoid heavy work, long journey, stressful activity and sleep well approx to 10 hrs in daily basis.
Check up periodically to your physician for assessing mother and fetal well being.
All the best for future.
