OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The endometrial thickness along with an absent menstrual period is suggestive of hormone imbalance. Excessive and unopposed estrogen secretion can lead to proliferation of the endometrium. She needs to be investigated for hormone issues like polycystic ovarian disease, abnormal thyroid profile and high serum Prolactin. She should also get tubal patency tests, ovulation studies and if the male factor is normal, induction of ovulation also may be tried considering her age. Withdrawal bleeding may be induced with a course of hormones after proper clinical evaluation. Hope this helps.

Sexologist Dr. Li Xiaoping's  Response
Don't worry, her disease is curable. I don't suggest her to take surgeries, because this way have many side effects, and cannot promise a radical cure. I suggest her to take herbal treatment Fuyan Pill. I have a patient with the same disease with her, and after 4 months of herbal treatment, her endometrium has reduced from 10mm to 5 mm, you could let your wife have a try. And the pain and bleeding symptoms all could be eliminated. And when the disease has been cured, your wife could try to get pregnant.
