Something Stuck In Throat, Feels Sick. What To Do ?

I felt as though something was stuck in my throat last night, like a tablet or something. Went to sleep and woke up feeling veeh sick. I throw up a few times and now it feels as though I have a chunk of vomit stuck in my throat. I ve tried eating, gurgling, drinking... Everything but it s still there and is making me feel really sick. What can I do?? My saliva is going crazy and I feel very sick.
