Something Is Floating On My Eye Surface. I Am Having Myopia
I am feeling something like is floating on eye surface, something like a spider web, and when i try see something near, I see that floating stuff very clearly which is disturbing me in seeing, but when I see something far, I am usually not seeing those floating materials clearly.
Few details:
1. I am not having any headache , eye irritation , vision difference.
2. I am 30 Male Software engineer
3. I am having myopia
4. I am using spectacle having -6.5 powered lens
Please suggest me what must be happening with me and what could be possible solutions. Thanks

As you are having high myopia this type of flotus can be felt while seeing.this is common problem but even then better consult your eye surgeon for clarification and treatment.

Hi, Please contact with an eye specialist. I think you are suffering from vitamin deficiency. Take some green vegetables & fruits daily in your food.
Rx, 1) Euph. 200/6D/OD - morning for 6 days.

Some thing floating on eye surface could be as simple as mucous strand associated with dry eye in people who work on computer for long hours. In high myopes like you floaters are common because of vitreous degeneration. Few fine strands are of no consequence but sudden increase in floaters, a large veil should make you rush to an ophthalmologist. Try lubricating eye drops, visit an eye specialist for retina checkup by indirect ophthalmoscope annually.
