I have gone through your query. I can understand your concern. Hair fall especially from crown area is a common thing in males. Since i have no clue what your age and gender is, i am afraid i may not be able to give a solution right now.

I have found an unusual symptom here, the pain. Have you had any injury recently? Is the pain superficial or within the head? How frequently do you get them and how long do they last? Have you tried any treatment for both the complaints before ?

There is nothing to worry. Such cases can be treated and cured.
