Soft Lump On Lower Leg, Appears When Squatting, Not Painful. Have Alopecia Areata

I have a soft squishy lump on my lower leg (midway between my knee and ankle) slightly lateral to my shin. It only appears when I squat down. It is not painful and not noticeable when I stand. I am a 28y/o males, 5 10 , 160lb. On no medications , was recently diagnsosed with Alopecia Areata this August, otherwise healthy.
