ENT Specialist 's  Response
I have gone through your query.
It suggests that your disease is completely related with your smoking meth.

If you want relieve from your disease and also want to prevent its progression. Quite Smoking meth.

It eroded the mucosa and it becomes prone for the infection.

If you have any doubt, I will be available for your query.

Wish you good health
