Smoking. Dizziness And Nausea. Should I Be Concerned?

Hi. I ve been smoking for 10 years, but now every time i smoke a cigarette, i get an instead sweat, i feel very warm, uncomfortable, which leads me to nausea, dizziness , and almost fainting . I feel that my blood pressure builds up, cause i can feel it in my head, and then if i sit down or lay down for a while, it all goes away, and i become perfectly fine again. What is happening to me. I m a young 27 year old male. Is there anything wrong with my heart i should be concerned about?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

Sweat, warmness, uncomfortable feeling, nausea, diziness and feeling of faintness are all symptoms which needs to be addressed with concern and your previous history of such troubles scruitinized. But these symptoms are also associated with anxiety.

You started fearing that your habit of smoking will cause you trouble and you want to stop it. You become anxious whenever you smoke and become restless because you cannot leave the habit. These are anxiety symptoms also.

Therefore first consult a generl practioner to rule out any physical causes nd then consult a psychologist to treat anxiety. I can help you if you desire so.
