64 ys old smoking male patient complianing of attacks retrosternal chest pain radiating to the back , frequent burbing , dyspnea , feeling of impending death , difficulty in sleeping he had a history of minor trauma 2 weeks ago he took anti inflammatory and anti analgesics for 2 weeks .. the complaint is still the same x rays was normal ECG normal cardiac markers normal
