I am of the opinion that you are having Nicotine dependence
. Also, I suspect that you may be suffering from a depressive illness as a result of severe stress
. There is a strong link between using cigarettes as a coping mechanism against stress and its contribution in actually making stress worse.
I suggest that you see a psychiatrist
and seek professional help. There are several wonderful ways of helping you quit smoking
In addition, you need lifestyle modification. Consider joining Gym., taking up jogging or learning Yoga/meditation
. There is a danger of your body suffering from burnout, so, act on the warning signs please.
