Smelly, Light Brown Discharge From Penis, Pain In Head Of Penis, Burning While Urination. Uncircumcised. Recommend

My penis is uncut and quite a while ago I had this really smelly light brown stuff coming out of my penis. It started when i felt this pain on the head of my penis. Then throughout the day this light brown sticky liquid would sort of leak out of my penis. It leaves stains in my underwear and smells horrible. It sometimes comes out as small soft light brown/yellowy chunks. I also feel pain (like a stinging, burning sensation) when i urinate. I'm 25 years old. i'm fairly healthy. can anyone please help me out?

You may be suffering from urinary tract infection or balanitis.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogarm,RBS,Urine RE/ME, Urine culture and sensitivity, Ultrasound of abdomen.
You need proper antibiotics for infection.

From history it appears that you might be having,
1, urinary tract infection,
2, collection of smegma under fore skin and coming out due to over collection and some infection.
Go for urine test.
Clean the glans by averting fore skin removing collected smegma.
Make a habit to clean the glans daily while taking bath.
After urine report go for antibiotic medicine if required.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
