Smells Bad While Urinating. Suggestions?

Why does it smell really bad when i urinate, I have had tests so it isn t a inflection and it is inside my penis not on the skin around it i have to go to the toilet a lot more and it is always wet, this is really embarrassing because it is really strong and comes in waves. Place help me i m not sexually active i m only 15

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have definite UTI .
Please get your urine routine and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please start taking broad spectrum antibiotics and urine alkaliser and later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Ensure to drink more water.

This should get resolved within a week.

Hi,
If there is no infection in urine, there is a possibility of having some infection on glans penis due to bad collection of smegma under foreskin due to not proper cleaning of smegma.
Clean smegma averting foreskin of glans.
Make a habit to clean the part by averting foreskin under running water while taking bath.
