Smear And Swab Test. Had Sex. Why Bloody Discharge? PCOS, The Reason?

Hello, I am due to go for a smear and swab on thursday but am so worried. I had sex 2 weeks ago and a week later I started to get slight brown bloody discharge and now I have a little pelvic pain and leg pain in my left. I have PCOS and hope it has something to do with this. I have an appt but just want to know what this could be associated with as I am reading all sorts on teh web and scaring myself. Thansk. Sarah
