Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

Please do not apply any cream without the advice of a registered medical practitioner at such places. It might irritate the tender skin and cause more problems. Also don't prick or finger any spots in and around your private area. It might spread and cause jeopardy.

The white spots might be papules which is caused due to unhygenic conditions. Just see a dermatologist and be sure what it is.

Wish you speedy recovery
