Small Vessel Disease. What Is The Treatment For This ?

sir ,my auncle (59) has no BP and sugar. vomitting and giddiness was the symptoms. MRI report -small T2/T2FLAIR hyperinsities are seen in bilateral frontoparietal lobes and periventricular regions suggestiveof ischemic changes due to small vessel disease. can we cure that? please tell me why it comes? does it cures fully bt medicine. please tell me?

DUE TO OLD AGE YOUR UNCLE FACE THIS PROBLUM ONLY MRI REPORT IS NOT SUFICESNT YOUR UNCLE NEED TOTALY BED REST,CONTECT WITH GOOD NEUROPHYSITION.

Your uncle is having cerebro bacillar insufficiency,this is due to age,
Go for S.cholesterol and lipid profile if it is high with anti lipotropic medicine may work for improving circulation in brain.He may take low dose Aspirin after consulting your doctor.
