Small vessel disease. What is the treatment for this ?
sir ,my auncle (59) has no BP and sugar. vomitting and giddiness was the symptoms. MRI report -small T2/T2FLAIR hyperinsities are seen in bilateral frontoparietal lobes and periventricular regions suggestiveof ischemic changes due to small vessel disease. can we cure that? please tell me why it comes? does it cures fully bt medicine. please tell me?

Your uncle is having cerebro bacillar insufficiency,this is due to age,
Go for S.cholesterol and lipid profile if it is high with anti lipotropic medicine may work for improving circulation in brain.He may take low dose Aspirin after consulting your doctor.

Hello, welcome to HCM. The ischemic changes can occur due to multiple disorders as well as age related causes. You must check blood lipid profile and cholesterol levels. Consult a neurologist for further treatment. Wish you good health.
