Small Tear In Elbow, Painful To Stretch Arm. MRI Done. Surgery Required?

Hi ive had mri on my left elbow which as shown small tear, its really painfull to stretch arm lift arm twist arm and i can do anythink with it. 12 weeks as now elapsed my consultant said he doesnt know what to do and as referred me to a top surgeon. I would like a operation so that I can return back to my job as a care assistant.
