Small Red, Painless Rashes On Tip Of Penis, Masturbating Frequently. Not Sexually Active. Recommendations?

hello! i have small red, painless and itchless rashes on the tip of my penis. Without doing much research on it, I have a hunch it may be penile psoriasis? I have not been sexually active with a partner for almost a year now. There has been stress, and I believe I have been masturbating more frequently ( 3 - 4 times a 7 day week). There no literally no symptoms other than looking like a red rash, with well defined borders around them. Thanks so much!

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed infection of the glans penis (Ballanitis) mostly due to dry vigorous handling of your penis while masturbating.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily and topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin for local application..

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily.
