Small Red Bump On Arm, Tried Hot Compresses, Have Been Using IV Drugs. What Is It ?

well, I recently have been using IV drugs and I m not very good at using I have a small red bump on my arm . it dosent hurt at all, I have tried hot compresses and cut it but only blood came out to Pusey.so my question is can it be something other than an Andes. plus above the lump my gains feel hard.I m very scared and embarrassed ?my e mail is YYYYY@YYYY
