Small Pimple With White Head On Penis Glans , Blood In Semen, Irritation On Touching, Feeling Of Stone Inside. Treatment?

i have found a small pimple inside the head of my penis and last week for the first time i found blood in semen . I opened and looked inside i notices a pimple with white head inside , i removed some part. it was was and so soft . when i touch the head it is irritating , i feel like there is a stone inside. can you help please

hi, usually, very tiny pin-head like pimples on the neck of penis (below the head/glans) are normal. They produce white substance (smegma) which needs to be cleaned every day. If it is not cleaned or the foreskin is stuck to the penis head, it accumulates as white paste-like thing. Sometimes penile skin can get pimples (boils or sebaceous cysts). Blood in semen needs to be evaluated. In a young patient, usually cause of blood in semen is infection or swelling in prostate gland. Consult a urologist for both your complaints. Stay clean. Take care.
