Small Pimple Like Bump Due To Waxing. Will Hydrocortisone 1% Cream Help?

I have a read dime sized pimple looking lump has no opening if any tiny little pore like a pimple can t pop it hurts does Not itch or Have liquid. May it be due to my BRAZILIAN waxing What can I use before consulting with my Dr. May I apply. Maximum strength hydrocortisone 1% . Been reading on piloni cyst Please advice

Thanks for the query.

You might have developed furuncle.

These are deep bacterial infections.

Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.

Please dont apply hydrocortisone.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
