Small Lump On Left Hip. Pain While Walking. Stomach Cramps. Not Hungry, Urine Smells, Headaches. Recommendations?

hi I have a strange small lump on my left side just above my hip and every now and then I can feel the lump when I'm walking or even sitting. A lot of times it causes great discomfort. when I'm sleeping on that side my stomach starts to cramp up and hurt. Lately I haven't been eating awhole lot because I haven't been hungry. From time to time I get headaches sometimes for days at a time and not to mention my urine smells rather loud and unusual...... What could be going on?

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you are having Urinary Tract Infection(UTI). Headaches and foul smelling urine confirm for the diagnosis.

You should get following investigations done :-
1. Urine examination (Routine/Microscopic and Culture/Sensitivity)
2. Complete Blood Count (CBC).

You should drink plenty of water daily.
Antibiotics can be added according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.

I would suggest you that you should get your lump clinically examined and investigated.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
