Small irritating red bump on nipple, sensitive to touch. Warm wash-cloth helps. Causes?
Hi --- my 10 year old daughter just discovered a very small and irritating red bump on her areola very near her nipple and says it is sensitive to the touch. Is there any topical treatment I can give her to be able to wear clothes comfortably? She says slight pressure with a warm washcloth has helped. What could it be?
