Small, Hard, Painless Lump Behind Ear. Could It Be A Swollen Lymph Node Due To Wisdom Teeth?

I have a small, hard, painless lump behind my ear. I noticed it a couple of days ago. I have no swollen lymph nodes above my collar bone, I am not itchy, I don t get night sweats , and I do not have a fever . I m wondering if this small painless lump behind my left ear could be a swollen lymph node due to my wisdom tooth? Should I be concerned?

Hi!
Welcome to our group!

Your hard painless lump behind the ear can be due to some infection in your oral cavity but such lymphnodes are usually little painful and tender.it can be a chronic enlargement and may be you noticed now.

However it is advisable to get an FNAC done if it doesnot decrease in size because apart from tubercular lymphnodes many parotid diseses usually present like this!Hope this satisfies your query!Take care!
