Hello Welcome to healthcare magic Leukoderma or Vitiligo is a colour change of skin. Colour producing cells called melanocytes are destroyed by body s own immune mechanism. It is not contagious but has a genetic predisposition , that means there is a higher chance of leukoderma in children born to parents having leukoderma. Sometimes it is associated with other auto immune diseases. Please show her to a dermatologist so that we can start treatment early.
